This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Services, including our website, mobile applications (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store), and related features.   • Profile Information: Optional details, such as profile pictures or bios, for your account or channels.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions with the Services, including files uploaded/downloaded, shared links, channel posts, views, likes, comments, and feature usage.
  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, and geolocation data (based on IP or device settings).
  • Analytics and Cookies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track usage patterns, such as time spent on the platform, pages visited, or engagement metrics.

13. CloudSave Coins and Monetization

  • Coins: As per our CloudSave Coins Terms, we collect data related to Coin purchases and usage (e.g., transaction IDs, wallet balance) to process premium features or channel subscriptions.
  • Monetization: For channel monetization, we collect payment details (e.g., PAN, bank account) and analytics (e.g., subscriber counts, engagement) to calculate and distribute earnings, as per our Monetization Policy.
  • Data Sharing: Limited data may be shared with payment processors or analytics providers to facilitate these features.

14. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

As per our Auto-Renewal Agreement, we collect payment data for premium/pro subscriptions (via Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and Coin balances for channel subscriptions. Auto-renewal data is used to manage billing and ensure uninterrupted access.

15. DMCA and Copyright Compliance

If you submit a copyright infringement claim under our DMCA Policy, we collect your contact details, claim information, and related data to process the request. This may be shared with the alleged infringer or authorities, as required by law.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, except for matters eligible for consumer courts under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
